DEPOSIT
There will be $100 REFUNDABLE deposit required in order to obtain a bidder's number.

PAYMENT TERMS:
All purchases MUST BE PAID THE DAY OF THE AUCTION. Cash, or cashier's check will be accepted. Company or personal checks must be accompanied by a letter of guarantee from your bank to Mulrooney Auction Company. Credit cards accepted. (VISA/MC) No merchandise will be removed until complete settlement is made.
A 10% handling fee will be added to all items/lots purchased under $2,501.00.

SALES TAX:
Local state tax will be charged on every item sold. If you are tax exempt, "you must" bring a copy of your tax exemption permit, or resale number or you will be charged sales tax.

NOTICE TO ALL VEHICLE PURCHASERS:
Smog certification, safety check and DMV registration fees may be required of all gas powered highway vehicles upon registration. Processing of DMV titles may require a minimum of 20 days from the day of sale.
